We offer services in transportation, land development, surveying and environmental engineering. I believe we have the same problems as many of these firms. Southern Nevada has more business than it's had in years, and one major challenge is compensation. The salaries seem to be just absolutely phenomenal, and I don't know when it's going to stop. Probably when the development stops here in the Valley, and who knows when that will be?
