We have provided entertainment venues such as our Cultural Center and the new state-of-the-art Loews Theater. We continue to expand upon the successes of our partnership with Rutgers University in the development of the Edward J. Bloustein School for Public Policy and Urban Planning and University Center, with new opportunities, such as the new Public Safety Building for the University along the George Street Corridor and the Rutgers Workforce Development center which is part of the 105 million dollar Heldrich Plaza
